Different people twice tried to send me funds via ClearXChange. Each time, I was asked to register, and then the link said my CapitalOne bank was a partner, and then the next link crashed -- every time.
So I tried a different browser. This time the link went to CapitalOne 360. There was no place to "register," and it stated that there were no funds pending. This same thing happened on two different occasions.
Each time, the funds had to be sent via a different method. (see image with each of the steps attached) I've been involved with at least half a dozen different money-transfer systems, and this is the WORST by far.
