After creating a ClearXchange account and following all the directions as to having money transferred from USBank to my Credit Union, the money still has not arrived at the Credit Union. The funds were extracted from the original account and a message from ClearXchange says the funds have been transferred. It states give three business days. Today is 11/7/2016 the funds were extracted from the USBank account 10/13/2016. Several phone calls have gone to USBank, Credit Union and ClearXchange. Each company points to the other entities. No one steps up to be the closer on customer service in this issue.

Moving transaction to new banks after the lack of customer service. Now still have the battle to retrieve the money. Probably would have had better luck sending the money to a lost relative in Zimbabwe.

Good news is USBank is dropping ClearXchange in the near future according to the recorded message at
