Clearxchange deposited funds in a CLOSED account after holding funds for 2 weeks!
GHASTLY experience. Chase forwarded old profile of different bank/CLOSED account to ClearXchange.
I notified ClearXchange the profile was wrong and changed it. ClearXchange assured me the funds would be forwarded to the correct account in 3 business days, no verification needed. Three business days later, still no funds. Contacted ClearXchange AGAIN and was told the "new"/correct account needed to be verified first.
Another 3 days. THEN, ClearXchange deposited the funds in the OLD CLOSED ACCOUNT. Now I get to go goose-chasing for my funds. It's not as if I needed to have the funds in the correct account .

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. NEVER EVER EVER.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $700.
Preferred solution: FIX YOUR PROCESS. EMPLOY PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES..

I am wondering....were you ever able to locate your funds? And if so how much longer did it take?
